Mary's Case - Deputyship. Mary* is an elderly lady with dementia, based in Northern Ireland, who was referred to Ruth Meyer when a dispute between family had to be resolved.
Jamie's Case - Deputyship: Jamie* is a young adult who has spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy as a result of medical negligence at the time of his birth.
Yvonne's Case - Deputyship. Yvonne* is a young adult who suffered severe brain damage at birth resulting in dystonic tetraplegic cerebral palsy.
We acted on behalf of Anthony in a medical negligence case against the health authority and a lump sum award of £1.5 million was obtained.
It is anticipated that David’s claim will be valued in excess of £1 million.

 Stephen's Case - Deputyship and a Statutory Will. Stephen* is a young teenager who suffered physical abuse as a baby which left him brain damaged for which the the Criminal Injury Compensation Authority (CICA) awarded of £3.1 million.
