Mesothelioma claim against Claudgen Ltd - £165,000 compensation for widow

Boyes Turner's asbestos claims lawyers secured £165,000 in compensation for the widow of a man who died of mesothelioma after being exposed to asbestos during the course of his work.

Asbestos exposure

He had been employed by Claudgen Limited, a company which made perspex and neon signs as well as incinerators. The production and manufacture of neon signs and incinerators involved the use of asbestos insulation.

Sadly, he passed away and the claim was therefore pursued by his widow.

A detailed schedule of past and future financial losses was drafted, which included the cost of, and associated costs of travelling to Germany for chemo-embolisation therapy.

Mesothelioma compensation claim

The claim has now settled for £165,000 in compensation.

I really appreciated the friendly, efficient and supportive nature of the solicitor.

I would also like to express my thanks to you for your dedication in chasing the defendant's insurance company especially where COVID-19 made an impact.
