Boyes Turner client

Martin’s professional biography

Martin is an Associate Solicitor in Boyes Turner’s personal injury and asbestos disease teams. He has dedicated his career to achieving justice and compensation for claimants.  He contributes a broad range of expertise to the personal injury team, acting for clients who have suffered injuries in road traffic accidents, in the workplace and elsewhere as a result of negligence. He also assists the personal injury and asbestos disease claims partners with the gathering of evidence, preparation of statements, and valuation of high value brain injury and other major trauma cases.

He supports clients throughout the whole process, from the initial meeting through to settlement or trial.  Wherever possible, he will secure interim payments in order that appropriate rehabilitation can be put in place before the claim has concluded.

Martin also acts for clients in mesothelioma, asbestosis and pleural thickening cases.

Some of Martin’s clients have benign asbestos diseases and are at a risk of contracting a malignancy at a later date.  He regularly achieves provisional settlements for clients in this position, in order to protect their position and ensure that they can return to claim further damages at a later date in the event that they are diagnosed with a malignant condition.

He has succeeded in cases where he has only been instructed after the victim has passed away, by tracing witnesses who have previously worked with the deceased and can corroborate the nature of their exposure to asbestos.

Martin is a keen charity fundraiser, literally running any lengths to raise money for the charitable causes that he supports, which include head injury charities and support groups that help asbestos disease patients.

Martin is a member of the Law Society and an APIL Senior Litigator. He is also an active participant in regional meetings of the Motor Accident Solicitors Society.

"Professional and understanding"
I’ve been very lucky to have Martin & Roshni collaborate to help me when I needed a solicitor to takeover from a very horrible accident. They both are very caring, professional and succeeded getting the best outcome in my case. This is the second time in using this solicitor’s firm and always the same high standard service.
