Dani’s professional biography

Daniela is a solicitor in Boyes Turner Court of Protection Team. She assists with the day to day management of financial and personal welfare matters, primarily for clients who lack capacity due to illness or injury.

Daniela is experienced in representing and advising vulnerable clients and their families in proceedings before the Court of Protection with issues relating to mental capacity, provision of care and deprivation of liberty.

Daniela is passionate about helping vulnerable people in dealing with issues that impact their daily life and finds it a privilege to be able to offer support and advice.

Dani studied law at the Open University whilst travelling the world working for a major airline. She has worked as a volunteer for Citizen's Advice for many years and completed her LPC at the University of Law in Guildford. Dani qualified as a solicitor in September 2020 after completing her training contract at a niche Mental Health and Court of Protection Law firm specialising in dealing with issues relating to deprivation of liberty, provision of care and mental capacity. In her spare time, Dani likes to spend time with her family in the Italian Alps, skiing and hiking.
