Kathryn’s professional biography

Kathryn joined the Community Care team in June 2024 as a paralegal, supporting the team of Solicitors specialising in Court of Protection Law. She completed her Masters in Law at the University of Law, along with SQE 1 and 2 in 2022 and 2023 respectively. She is also a member of The Law Society and The Professional Deputies Forum.

Before joining the team, Kathryn’s previous experience spanned a number of industry sectors where she gained knowledge on statutory guidelines, financial legislation, contractual agreements and most importantly, client service.

Kathryn is passionate about all children receiving supportive and inclusive education, along with the protection of vulnerable adults. As a Paralegal in the team, Kathryn’s responsibilities include drafting and filing court documents, liaising with the Court of Protection, and collaborating with clients, their family, legal professionals, and experts, to ensure the best interests of vulnerable individuals are protected.

As an accredited mediator, Kathryn brings her varied skill set to the team, for the benefit of all our clients.
