Emma uses her administrative skills to assist with Court of Protection and personal injury trust forms and paperwork, ranging from court forms and correspondence to spreadsheets for deputyship accounts. She is also a qualified Paralegal and member of the of the Institute of Paralegals.
Emma helps look after the team’s severely injured and mentally impaired clients’ banking, paying invoices, rent and carers, and completing benefit forms on their behalf. She enjoys the variety of this interesting and ever-changing field of work.
Emma’s interpersonal skills enable her to handle communications with estate agents, case managers and therapists, and liaise with clients and their families, for whom she is a caring ally, resolving queries and providing reassurance wherever she can.

In her spare time, you’ll find Emma run off her feet looking after her two children, for whom she also provides a complimentary taxi service. She enjoys family walks along the river and socialising with friends but the children take up most of her time and she wouldn’t have it any other way;
“If I go to the cinema, I normally end up falling asleep as I’m not used to sitting for so long!”
