Boyes Turner solicitors has been instructed by the Estate of Mr Norman Griffiths (deceased) who was diagnosed with mesothelioma during his lifetime, an asbestos related disease that lead to his early passing.
Mr Griffiths previously worked at the Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE) in Aldermaston, Berkshire as a Grade 1 metallurgist between 1959 and 1992. Mr Griffiths was awarded an OBE by the Queen for his dedication to the research at the AWE and was a well know manager within the AWE.
Mr Griffiths family are now trying to obtain justice for Mr Griffiths who dedicated the majority of his working life to the AWE and the defence of this country.
Boyes Turner Solicitors are trying to trace anyone who worked with Mr Griffiths or who would have seen him working within the AWE and who would be able to confirm his exposure to asbestos.
