£85,000 mesothelioma compensation for Ford maintenance worker

Boyes Turner claimed £85,000 compensation for an 81 year old mesothelioma sufferer following his exposure to asbestos whilst working at Ford Motor Company.

Boyes Turner traced the claimant’s exposure to asbestos to his employment as a plant machinery maintenance worker at the Ford Motor Company Factory in Dagenham.

The claimant was employed as a maintenance fitter and was regularly involved in the maintenance of the plant machinery. He was exposed to asbestos at the Ford Motor Company between 1966 and 1994 where asbestos was present within the fabric of the building and within the machinery on the shop floor.

The claimant instructed Boyes Turner's asbestos solicitors in March 2011. The claim was successfully settled in just six months in October 2011 for £85,000.

The service was personal, professional and considered. I was treated so kindly and in the end I knew that not only had I found the right organisation but also the right person.
