Cleo provides the Education Team with administrative and secretarial support, she liaises with clients, schools and tribunals, prepares bundles, and maintains databases. She generally ensures the smooth and efficient running of the team so that clients receive the highest quality service possible.

Cleo’s professional biography

Cleo provides the Education Team with administrative and secretarial support, she liaises with clients, schools and tribunals, prepares bundles, and maintains databases. She generally ensures the smooth and efficient running of the team so that clients receive the highest quality service possible.

Cleo has experience working in criminal law, social care, family and child law, and the Court of Protection.

Her background is in Psychology, as she has always been passionate about human behaviour and mental health. She has a BA in Applied Psychology and Sociology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology and then a MSc in Forensic Psychology. After graduation Cleo worked in The Priory Psychiatric hospital, various mental health charities, probation and as a senior support worker to offenders with mental health issues. Along with the opportunity to help people in crisis, working in these challenging environments has taught her to remain calm under pressure, adapt to situations quickly, and be extremely organised.

In her spare time Cleo enjoys snuggling up with a good book or travelling the world!
