For the last 24 years I have acted exclusively for claimants who are pursuing personal injury claims. I work in Boyes Turner's Industrial Disease team, acting for claimants who are pursuing industrial disease claims, including those arising from mesothelioma, lung cancer and asbestosis.

In public

I have delivered a number of seminars for clients and have also written several articles and legal updates for both press and clients.

Industry associations

I am a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and I am accredited as a Senior Litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

In work

I work exclusively for claimants from a wide range of occupations. I have run four of my cases to the Court of Appeal and was successful in all four cases.

In the past

I qualified at Michelmores in 1985 and became a Partner at Shoosmiths in 1995. I joined Boyes Turner in 2010.

In my spare time

I enjoy wildlife gardening, cycling, tennis and country walks. I am a qualified pilot.
